Rand Associates Consultancy Services Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Construction Cost Consultants and Energy Advisors specialising in the maintenance of Social Housing across the UK.

We are the developers of the NHF Schedule of Rates and its associated modules, which are utilised by some 330 social landlords in the procurement of all aspects of maintenance of over 1.5 million homes.

We are one of the leading surveying practices undertaking compliance stock condition surveys, encompassing Energy Assessment and Decent Homes. We are also involved in the development of Asset Management Plans, the provision of Business Planning and the delivery of Property Investment programmes.

We provide procurement management, partnering advice, DLO management reviews and forensic auditing services to Social Landlords.

We are the technical advisors in the development of the Locator diagnostic software.
