Rand Associates Consultancy Services Ltd is a consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Costs and Project Management. Particular emphasis is on Social Housing, Public Buildings, Roads and Associated Works, and the services provided by the Public Sector within these fields of operation.

Rand Associates also provides an extensive range of services to Building and Civil Engineering Contractors and Subcontractors both in the UK and overseas.

The three directors have a diversity in expertise and have all gained considerable experience in the private sector prior to entering into consultancy. The directors' main areas of expertise lie in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Analysis, Contractual Claims, Financial Recovery, Estimating, Organisation and Methods, and Work Study.
