The service we offer to our Social Housing clients includes the project management contract administration of programmes of planned renewals and improvement encompassing the specification of the work repaired, the production of contract documents and all associated duties up to and including Final Certification. We understand the specific need when working with tenants in occupation.

Stock Condition Surveys

We are currently undertaking or have completed more than 160 Local Authority and Housing Association housing stock condition surveys.

The large majority of our assignments deal with maintenance, repair and refurbishment or building of public sector housing.

We have extensive experience in surveys for Large Scale Voluntary Transfers, ALMOs and Estate Renewal Challenge Fund Bids and our expertise is sought by clients where surveys have been undertaken by others.

We can act as project management, Stock Condition Contractor or partnering surveyors in accordance with our clients particular needs.

The depth of our experience does not stop with housing as we are able to offer a similar service in respect of Corporate or Commercial stock in the public and private sectors.

The service we provide to our clients can extend to undertaking more specialised activities such as structural analysis, determining the presence of deleterious materials, measuring sound transmission or geothermal surveys.
