The M3NHF Schedule of Rates is a comprehensive system for dealing with responsive day to day and void repairs.  It consists of an inclusive list of all commonly needed repairs, with industry standard preliminaries and a contract.  The M3NHF Schedule of Rates is used by over 450 social landlords.

Clear definitions, coupled with the fact that all major maintenance contractors in the UK are familiar with the schedule help control maintenance costs and standards. As the industry standard the schedule offers subscribers excellent benchmarking tools and a broad base of comparables.
