We offer advice on all types of procurement contracts. We are experienced in, and able to recommend, all types of standard contracts including: JCT, NEC3 and TPC 2005. We will work with you to ensure that you use the contract which is appropriate to your needs.
Alternatively, if you decide to go out to tender on an existing contract, we can give you advice on if the contract is still viable or should be altered.

We also offer assistance and advice with the pre-qualification of tenders, producing tender packages and managing  tender activities from the early project phase right through to commissioning and hand over. We ensure that the contents of your contract correspond with UK and European Public Contract procurement rules (if applicable) and to all other legal requirements.
